	The cave of Queen Anacaona After her brother Bohechio died, this was the seat of Cacique (chief or queen) Anacaona in appr.1492. She took over the region called Jaragua and, considered an enemy of the spanish colonizers, was killed in 1504. This was supposedly the meeting place for The Chiefs (Cacique) A serene beauty radiates from one of the most important sites of the Island of Ayiti.
